Things you’ll learn:
️ The basics of how our spine, pelvis, and hips should move to keep your back feeling good
️ A simple screen so you know where your limitations are
️ Several exercises to help with either mobility or stability to keep your back healthy and pain-free.
Yes, we will be moving, so dress comfortably.
