Aerial Bliss: How to Build a Resilient Back to Keep You In the Air 

Saturday, November 16th, 12:00-1:00 pm. 

Physical Therapist and fellow aerial student Dr. Andrea Gallo will present this workshop. 

Things you’ll learn: 

  • ️ The basics of how our spine, pelvis, and hips should move to keep your back feeling good 

  • ️ A simple screen so you know where your limitations are

  • ️ Several exercises to help with either mobility or stability to keep your back healthy and pain-free. 

  • Yes, we will be moving, so dress comfortably.
